Cancellation Policy

 

•Booking fees are non-refundable.
Should you wish to cancel / reschedule your appointment please ensure you do so 48 hours or more prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a loss of your booking fee and you will need to pay another booking fee to secure a new appointment. 
 

  • If you wish to cancel your appointment for any reason you will not be refunded any payments. All payments are final.

  • A maximum of l rescheduled appointment is allowed.
