Booking Policy

Before booking your appointment a non-refundable booking fee is required 

to secure your appointment. This is a non-refundable under any circumstances

You must bd over 18 years of age.

You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.

​

​

Should you wish to cancel/reschedule your appointment please ensure you do so 48 

hours prior to your appointment.

If you wish to cancel your appointment for any reason you will not be refunded any payments. All payments are final and a minimum of 1 rescheduled appointment is allowed.

in the event we need to cancel your appointment your booking fee will be transferred to a new and preferred available appointment slot.

​

If you attend your appointment and you decide not to go ahead with the service or if we can't agree on the desired pre-draw of the brows then a fee of £60, in addition to your booking fee, will become payable to cover our time and any products used..

​

Rescheduled appointments must be rescheduled within 7 days of you notifying us of your cancellation and must be rescheduled within 4 weeks from the original appointment date.
